Emily Wilson claimed the match ball with a superb hat-trick as Crusaders Strikers and Cliftonville squared up in a feisty but competitive North Belfast derby.
Wilson broke the deadlock with just over five minutes left of the first half after embarking on a run before being found by Mairead McCann and finishing in her usual composed manner with a shot across 'keeper Caoimhe Callaghan.
Crusaders doubled their lead almost immediately after the interval. There was no catching the speedy Wilson who raced on to a clever ball from Megan Beattie to send a ferocious shot past Callaghan who did get a hand to it but it was not enough to stop the ball entering the net.
Taylor Wright might have added to the goal tally with twenty minutes to go, steering a superb corner by Courtney Moore over from close range.
Helen Curneen caused Cliftonville trouble again twisting and turning in the box, with the 'keeper bring her down for a penalty in the 72nd minute. Wilson stepped up to secure her hat trick, and placed the ball into the bottom left corner to complete the scoring.
