SIX STAR GLENS SWEEP PAST CANDYSTRIPES
Glentoran Women needed to come from behind to sweep past Derry City Women at the Brandywell.
The Candystripes moved in front on 12 minutes when Tara O'Connor-Farren found the net, but the Glens levelled just before the half-hour mark after Aimee Neal turned home Demi Vance's corner.
Vance got on the scoresheet herself to edge the visitors into the lead early in the second half when she ran onto an Emily Wilson pass, with Rachel Rogan then popping up to add a third three minutes after that.
Chloe McCarron produced a stunning finish on 62 minutes to extend Glentoran's advantage, before Kascie Weir celebrated her 18th birthday with a fifth with just under a quarter-of-an-hour to go.
Wilson then completed the scoring a couple of minutes after that with a cracking finish past Clare Friel.
