RANGERS POST FIVE-STAR PERFORMANCE
Lisburn Rangers turned in a five-star performance to defeat Mid Ulster Ladies at Crewe Park.
Rangers moved in front through a Rachael Rodgers own goal after a quarter-of-an-hour, with Caoimhe Gelston Mulholland extending the home lead from the spot on 32 minutes.
Then, early in the second half, Faye Loughran added a third when she ran onto a Gelston Mulholland free-kick delivered to the edge of the six-yard box.
Sophie Megaw then struck with a late double to put the outcome beyond any doubt, her first a lofted right-foot finish from 18 yards before completing the scoring in off the underside of the bar after working her way past the visiting defence.
