Sion Swifts Ladies hit three second half goals to get the better of Mid Ulster Ladies at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena.

Zoe McGlynn doubled the visitors' lead on the hour in similar circumstances, again with a header from a corner.
Then, midway through the second half, Lauren Haynes completed the scoring with a tap in following some poor home defending from a set piece.
