Mid Ulster Ladies and Ballymena United Women battled to a scoreless draw on a sunny evening at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena.

That set the tone for the first half with numerous chances traded throughout with Mid Ulster perhaps enjoy the best of them after Niamh O'Donnell and Jessica Magee both produced excellent stops from United keeper Lucy Winton.
Home keeper Lilie Crooks was called into action early in the second half to tip over a free-kick before played switched for a Magee set piece to suffer a similar fate.
But despite being an end to end encounter neither side possessed the killer touch to make the breakthrough.
