Amy McGivern gave the Crues a second-minute lead following Danielle McDowell’s free-kick but a storming second half saved the day for the Reds.
Northern Ireland international quartet Kirsty McGuinness, Caitlin McGuinness, Marissa Callaghan and Louise McDaniel all netted for the hosts to secure the points.
The equaliser from Kirsty McGuinness was a low drilled effort beyond Crues shot-stopper Maddy Harvey-Clifford before the forward turned provider for her sister Caitlin to net from close-range.
As the Crues pushed for an equaliser, they were twice hit on the break in the closing minutes as Callaghan and McDaniel both netted following quick counter-attacks.
