Sion Swifts Ladies hit four goals without reply past Mid Ulster Ladies to book a Women's Premiership League Cup semi-final place.
Aoibhe O'Neill fired the cup holders in front after 11 minutes from the spot, with Caoirse Doherty doubling up midway through the first half.
That was how it stayed until the latter part of the second half.
Kerry Brown made it 3-0 with a deflected effort before Zoe McGlynn wrapped the scoring up right at the end.
