OFFORD ON TARGET AGAIN AS CRUES FIGHT BACK
Crusaders fought back from a goal down to defeat Carrick Rangers at Seaview.
The visitors moved in front as early as the seventh minute when Paul Heatley teed Danny Gibson up, but his effort was parried by keeper Jonny Tuffey only as far as Curtis Allen who pounced on the loose ball to fire home the opener.
Stuart King's side thought they had doubled their advantage around the half-hour mark when Allen tapped home Mark Surgenor's free-kick only for the 'goal' to be ruled out offside by the officials.
However two goals in as many minutes midway through the second half saw Crusaders turn the game around to ultimately claim the points.
Daniel Larmour turned home the equaliser on 63 minutes with a diving header to meet Jarlath O'Rourke's corner delivered to the back post.
Then, a couple of minutes after that, Kieran Offord kept up his impressive scoring record with the winner after running onto Jordan Forsythe's through ball to finish past keeper Ross Glendinning.
