Linfield and Cliftonville shared the goals and the points in this cup final dress rehearsal at Windsor Park.
Scoreless at the break, Linfield came closest to breaking the deadlock when David Finlayson tested David Odumosu with a left-foot effort from outside the area while, later in the half, the Reds keeper was again called into action to deal with a Kyle McClean attempt.
The Blues threatened again in the second half with a Joel Cooper sliding effort sailing just past the post.
David Healy's side finally found a way through on 78 minutes when Cooper crossed to the back post for Jordan Stewart to nod home from close range.
But Cliftonville hit back just eight minutes later to earn a point after Keevan Hawthorne delivered a low ball across the face of goal for Sam Ashford to knock home.
