GALVIN DOUBLES UP AS SWIFTS WIN
Tomas Galvin bagged two second half goals as Dungannon Swifts got the better of Loughgall at Stangmore Park.
Scoreless at the break, the visitors had a couple of early opportunities through Andrew Hoey and Ryan Waide while, for the Swifts, Galvin threatened on a number of occasions albeit without finding the net.
But the Swifts and Galvin did find a way through nine minutes into the second half when he reacted quickest to fire the loose ball into the bottom right after Kealan Dillon's initial close range effort was kept out.
Then, just two minutes after that, Galvin doubled up with a close range header after the Villagers failed to clear a corner.
Loughgall did attempt to force their way back into the game, with Waide dragging an effort just wide but the Swifts ultimately held on to claim the points.
