REDS EDGE OUT VILLAGERS
Cliftonville put paid to Loughgall's hopes of securing a top six spot with victory by the odd goal in five at Lakeview Park.
The Reds moved in front midway through the first half when Sam Ashford found the net from close range.
Loughgall hit back just before the break thanks to Nathaniel Ferris knocking home the rebound after Robbie Norton's initial effort had been turned onto the crossbar by David Odumosu.
Cliftonville regained the advantage just after the hour courtesy of Ronan Hale's neat finish after being found by Ben Wilson in the area.
And they made it 3-1 three minutes from time when Shea Kearney sent a right-foot shot past Berraat Turker ... and although the Villagers did hit back in stoppage time with Ferris' second of the afternoon it wasn't enough to change the outcome of the game.
