MAGEE BAGS VILLAGERS STOPPAGE TIME WINNER
Benji Magee grabbed a late, late winner as Loughgall won the Boxing Day clash with Dungannon Swifts at Lakeview Park.
Magee opened the scoring after just 12 minutes when he beat the offside to get on the end of Tiernan Kelly's pass to slot the ball past Declan Dunne.
The Swifts levelled after 35 minutes, however, through Kealan Dillon after the ball fell for him from Ethan McGee's initial blocked effort.
Buoyed by this, Dungannon looked the more likely to score again after the break with McGee only denied by a perfectly timed Jamie Rea tackle, while Leo Alves fired just wide from the edge of the box following a run through the defence.
Loughgall might have regained the lead nine minutes from time when they were awarded a spot-kick somewhat against the run of play but Robbie Norton could only look on as Declan Dunne produced a tremendous stop to keep the penalty out.
But they did move back in front with what proved to the last gasp winner when Magee doubled his tally five minutes into stoppage time after nodding home at the back post.
