GLENS HIT VILLAGERS FOR SIX
Glentoran found their shooting boots as they hit six goals without reply past Loughgall at the BetMcLean Oval.
Jay Donnelly opened the scoring after nine minutes from around 12 yards out after Junior Uzokwe had knocked a Fuad Sule cross into his path.
Junior got on the scoresheet himself five minutes after that from close range when he pounced on the loose ball from a Luke McCullough effort.
Daire O'Connor added a third on 36 minutes with a reaction finish after Villagers keeper Berraat Turker had pushed out another Junior attempt from a Donnelly cross.
Then, four minutes after that, Donnelly doubled his tally for the evening with a chip over Turker after a Patrick McClean cross found its way to him.
The scoring continued midway through the second half when, from the spot, David Fisher converted after he had been initially brought down by Ben Murdock.
And McClean wrapped it up with just over ten minutes to go when he rose highest to nod home at the back post.
