ANOTHER SWIFTS LATE LATE SHOW
Dungannon Swifts staged another late, late comeback to salvage a point from Coleraine's visit to Stangmore Park.
The Swifts started brightly, threatening early on when Kealan Dillon tested keeper Gareth Deane from 25 yards while, at the other end, Jamie Glackin went close on the counter attack.
Dillon proved to be a danger again after working into some space in midfield but could only send his subsequent effort narrowly past an upright.
Dungannon were reduced to ten men midway through the first half after John Scott was dismissed after receiving his second caution of the game.
Coleraine looked to exploit their numerical advantage soon after when Andy Scott sent a curling effort towards the far corner but keeper Niall Morgan was equal to the challenge.
Then, not long after that, Morgan was called into action again to deal with Lee Lynch's close range shot after he had been teed up by Glackin.
The Bannsiders couldn't to press early in the second half, with Graham Kelly firing too high from a good position before Jack O'Mahony twisted an effort past the post.
The deadlock was eventually broken on 65 minutes when Darren Cole met a Glackin corner to nod past Morgan from six yards out.
The visitors might have doubled their advantage soon after only for Scott to be able to finish off a Conor McKendry ball from the right while David McDaid also came close from a Lee McLaughlin pass but was denied by the woodwork.
Oran Kearney's side appeared to have wrapped up the points with five minutes remaining courtesy of a McDaid close range finish when Andrew Mitchell had knocked a Glackin corner into his path.
However the Swifts, now beginning to earn a reputation as the comeback kings, were thrown a 90th minute lifeline when Matthew Lusty blasted the ball past Gareth Deane from 12 yards.
And, remarkably, seven minutes into added time they levelled after skipper Ethan McGee pounced when a ball into the box wasn't cleared to rifle a volley into the net from the edge of the six yard box.
