GLENS WIN BY THE ODD GOAL IN THREE
Glentoran wrapped up their league campaign with victory over Irish Cup finalists Crusaders at Seaview.
After a largely quiet first 45 minutes the deadlock was broken four minutes into first half stoppage time when Junior Uzokwe found the net after Conor McMenamin's right-sided ball fell for him in front of goal.
The Glens doubled their advantage just before the hour through Terry Devlin who rifled into the bottom corner after Joe Crowe laid the ball off from an only partially cleared Niall McGinn corner.
Crusaders might have levelled midway through the second half only for Jay Boyd to swivel and send the ball against the right post.
However Boyd did get his name on the scoresheet right at the end by bundling the ball over the line from close range after Dean Ebbe's original strike wasn't properly cleared.
