FOUR GOALS SHARED AT THE SHOWGROUNDS
Newry City and Ballymena United battled to an equal share of the goals at The Showgrounds.
The visitors moved in front after just six minutes when he connected with Andrew McGrory's ball from the right to send a downward header past keeper Steven Maguire.
Newry levelled three minutes from the break through James Teelan who ran onto a Daniel Hughes through ball and lobbed the advancing Jordan Williamson from around 35 yards.
The Sky Blues regained the advantage just after the hour with Waide's second of the game after he swept the ball home from Mikey Place's cut back from the bye-line.
But Newry hit back for a second time a few minutes after that when Donal Scullion held off a defender before squeezing the ball home.
