'POINT STORM BACK TO CRUSH SWIFTS
Warrenpoint Town stormed back from going behind early on to record a comprehensive victory over Dungannon Swifts at Milltown.
The Swifts got off to a dream start when, inside the opening minute, Ethan McGee delivered a pinpoint cross for Ben Gallagher to nod past Andy Coleman.
And they nearly doubled their lead a few minutes after that when Rhyss Campbell got on the end of punt forward to cut inside and thump an effort against the crossbar.
'Point got back on level terms with just over a quarter-of-an-hour gone. James Convie was guilty of bringing down Brandon Doyle inside the box and from the penalty awarded Alan O'Sullivan had enough power in the ball to beat keeper Conner Byrne.
O'Sullivan had another penalty midway through the half but on this occasion Byrne made the save although just a couple of minutes after that Daniel Byrne headed Barry Gray's side into the lead after meeting a cross from the left.
It was 3-1 early in the second half when Adam Evans produced an acrobatic overhead kick to make the most of a defensive mishap.
Then, on 59 minutes, O'Sullivan doubled his tally for the evening with a header from a corner delivered from the left and, soon after, Kealan Dillon smashed an effort of the post while O'Sullivan couldn't convert the follow up.
Dungannon's night got worse with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining when Terry Devlin was dismissed for his second bookable offence.
