BLUES TAKE OVER AT THE TOP
Linfield moved back to the top of the Danske Bank Premiership following victory over Dungannon Swifts at Windsor Park.
The first half was a fairly even and uneventful affair apart from one minute of madness midway through proceedings.
Dungannon moved in front on 26 minutes after Rhyss Campbell and Kris Lowe combined well outside the area before feeding the ball through for Daniel Hughes to slot past Blues keeper Rohan Ferguson.
But, barely a matter of seconds later, Linfield were back on level terms through Andy Waterworth who made the most of an Ally Teggart defensive mishap to beat Conner Byrne.
Waterworth scored what proved to be the winner just after the hour. Niall Quinn supplied the assist with a cross which bypassed Byrne with Waterworth on hand to flick the ball into the top left corner.
Mark Stafford might have added a third with a quarter-of-an-hour to go but his header was superbly stopped by Byrne before Rhyss Campbell cleared the ball off the line.
