'POINT HIT WHITES FOR SIX
Warrenpoint Town powered their way to a 6-1 victory over Lisburn Distillery at Milltown.
It took 'Point until the 42nd minute to open the scoring when Jim O'Hanlon headed home from a corner, with Diarmuid O'Hanlon doubling up early in the second half after outpacing the defence and finishing into the bottom corner.
The Whites pulled one back on 49 minutes through Kyle Flynn's 20-yard free-kick, but Warrenpoint restored their two goal cushion just before the hour when Michael Leddy converted from the spot awarded after Diarmuid O'Hanlon had been brought down in the box.
Leddy doubled his tally for the afternoon midway through the second half at the near post before late goals from Christopher Crane and Eoghan Byrne saw 'Point run out comfortable winners.
