Daniel Smith edged the Lurgan side in front on 12 minutes, while Callum Ferris struck in the first half stoppage time to double their advantage.
Taylor McBride pulled one back for the Seahawks midway through the second half but it wasn’t enough to spoil the party for Oxford.
