McKIM HITS LATE 'BREDA WINNER
Knockbreda defeated Dergview by the odd goal in five at Darragh Park in the battle of the sides relegated from the Championship last season.
The sides traded goals in the first half as Fra Nolan edged ‘Breda in front on 14 minutes, with Marc Walsh levelling just over ten minutes later.
Peter McDermott restored the visitors advantage just before the break but there was still time for Dergview to equalise through Jonathan McKeown in stoppage time.
That was how it stayed until Elliot McKim popped up with what proved to be Knockbreda’s winner late in the game after getting on the end of a corner.
