Michael Moore then double the visitors advantage around a quarter-of-an-hour later with a lob over keeper Jordan Spencer.
Matthew Devlin pulled one back for the PSNI on 34 minutes, but 'Cash restored their two-goal cushion just before the hour when Aaron Duke smashed the ball into the bottom corner.
And skipper Jordon Morrison completed the scoring deep into stoppage time with a header from Matthew Parker's free-kick.
