HONOURS EVEN AT MILLTOWN
Warrenpoint Town and Portstewart battled to a share of the spoils at Milltown.
The visitors moved in front after ten minutes thanks to a curling effort from Ryan Campbell, but 'Point hit back a quarter-of-an-hour later when Declan Loye pounced on the loose ball to fire into the bottom corner.
Aaron Corish thought he had edged Warrenpoint in front just before the break but his effort was ruled out by the officials while, later in the second half, he then struck the woodwork from Seamus McNulty's lay-off.
Portstewart were reduced to ten men soon after when Joel Bradley was dismissed for a challenge on McNulty while, in stoppage time, 'Point also lost a man after Ciaran O'Reilly was sent-off for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity.
