ARTHURS DOUBLES UP FOR SEASIDERS
Two Ben Arthurs goals helped leaders Bangor to victory over Banbridge Town at Crystal Park.
The 24-year-old opened the scoring with just over a quarter-of-an-hour on the clock after running onto a long Reece Neale ball to direct his finish past keeper Stephen Hamill.
Arthurs had the ball in the net a few minutes from the break but this was ruled out offside.
Reece Neale skimmed the bar early in the second half as Bangor looked to extend their lead, while Adam Neale also had an effort ruled out later in the game.
However, the Seasiders did double their advantage nine minutes from time with an Arthurs header past Hamill after Aaron Harris had lofted the ball over to the back post.
