EARLY GOALS SET BANBRIDGE UP FOR THE WIN
Three goals inside the opening half-an-hour saw Banbridge Town defeat Lisburn Distillery at Ballyskeagh.
Town skipper Christopher McMahon opened the scoring after just two minutes when he knocked home the rebound after the ball had been cleared off the line.
Then, on 14 minutes, Stephen McCavitt made it 2-0 from the spot, awarded after Michael McCavitt had been brought down.
And McCavitt struck again just before the half-hour mark when he got past the home defence to take the ball around the keeper and into the back of the net.
