ROESIDERS WIN NORTH WEST DERBY
Two Ryan Doherty goals helped Limavady United defeat Portstewart in the North West derby at The Showgrounds.
Doherty opened the scoring after just five minutes, with Tiarnan Boorman adding a second with just over a quarter-of-an-hour on the clock.
The Roesiders made sure on 69 minutes with Doherty's second of the evening while, in stoppage time, Portstewart's Ryan Doherty bagged a late consolation for the Roesiders.
