O'HARE GRABS LATE QUEEN'S WINNER
Queen's University defeated Lisburn Distillery thanks to a late winner at The Dub.
The Students moved in front as early as the third minute when former Whites player Christian Irvine connected with a corner to head the ball past keeper Ethan Carry.
Then, a few minutes after that, Queen's might have doubled their lead when Mikey Withers was upended in the box but, from the spot-kick that followed, Withers saw his effort saved by Carry low to his left.
The Whites levelled after half-an-hour when, from a corner, Lewis Higginson forced the ball home after Stephen Curley's initial effort had been blocked.
Queen's came close to regaining the advantage just after the hour only for Chris Middleton's shot to come back off a post.
But the winner did come with nine minutes remaining after Ciaran O'Hare met a cross from left to send a downwards header past Carry.
