SEASIDERS BOOK PLAY-OFF SPOT
Bangor booked their place in the play-offs with a 3-1 defeat of fellow challengers Armagh City at Clandeboye Park.
The Seasiders held a one point advantage going into the game for the right to take on Knockbreda for a place in next season's Championship.
They opened the scoring on 38 minutes through Jack Upritchard's curling finish into the top corner after the ball fell for him on the edge of the area.
City, needing a victory to leapfrog Bangor into second spot, hit back to equalise with two minutes of the interval when Stefan Lavery directed home a diving header at the back post.
That was how it stayed until five minutes from time when Ben Arthurs edged Bangor back into the lead after beating the offside trap and getting the better of keeper Conner Byrne one-on-one.
And Arthurs made certain just three minutes after that when he smashed a spot-kick high into the top corner.
