ANOTHER FOUR FOR BARR AS SEAHAWKS RUN RIOT
Portstewart swept to a 7-0 victory over PSNI at Mullaghacall with Zach Barr following up from his midweek hat-trick with another four goals.
Kori Doherty opened the scoring for the Seahawks on 29 minutes with a superb right-foot strike from around 25 yards out.
Barr made it 2-0 just before the break with a downward header at the far post after Ryan Doherty had crossed from the right.
The home side stretched their lead early in the second half through Ryan Doherty who nodded home from close range, before Richard Vauls added a fourth on the hour with a great strike from the left side of the area into the bottom right corner.
Joel Bradley teed Barr up to make it five on 67 minutes, with his hat-trick goal coming with around a quarter-of-an-hour remaining from Mark Edgar's cross ... and the pair combined again to wrap the scoring up in the closing moments.
