DOLLYBIRDS KNOCK EIGHT PAST TOBERMORE
Dollingstown stormed to an eight-goal victory over bottom of the table Tobermore United at Fortwilliam Park.
Oisin Barr kicked the scoring off on 21 minutes, and it got worse for the home side just after the half-hour mark when Johnny McLean was shown a straight red card and conceded a penalty in the process, but Mark McCabe was able to convert from the spot.
Ben Neill doubled Dollingstown's lead just before the break but the real damage was done with a succession of goals after the hour mark.
Jonathan Ewart made it 3-0 on 63 minutes, followed by Daniel Gordon ten minutes after that.
Gary Liggett added a fifth with 12 minutes remaining with McCabe atoning for his earlier penalty miss on 85 ... before the scoring was completed by Gordon to claim his hat-trick right at the end.
