SEAHAWKS HIT DOLLYBIRDS FOR SIX
Zach Barr bagged a hat-trick as Portstewart swept to a 6-1 win over Dollingstown at Mullaghacall.
Despite the eventual outcome it was the visitors that raced in front when, as early as the seventh minute, Gary Liggett fired them into the lead.
It was an advantage they held until just after the half-hour mark when Karl Steele levelled. Barr then scored his first of the afternoon just before the break to hand the Seahawks the advantage going into the second half.
Ryan Doherty made it 3-1 on 48 minutes before Mark Edgar furthered their lead on the hour.
Barr then doubled his tally a couple of minutes after that before laying claim to the match ball with his third just before the end of normal time.
