DOYLE AND MARTIN HIT THE TARGET FOR BANBRIDGE
Goals from Reece Doyle and Andrew Martin helped Banbridge Town defeat Lisburn Distillery at Crystal Park.
The Whites might have broken the deadlock on 13 minutes when Nicholas Napier was denied by the woodwork after flicking an Aaron Harris free-kick towards goal.
Michael O'Hanlon also came close after half-an-hour but home keeper Lewis Hunter proved equal to the challenge.
Banbridge moved in front right at the end of the first half after Doyle ran onto a ball played over the top to slot past Jonah Nicholl.
And Martin doubled the home advantage not long after the hour mark with a finish into the top corner following good work by substitute Ronan Casey.
