McCAVITT DOUBLE ACT FOR BANBRIDGE
Banbridge Town picked up their first league win of the new campaign with a two-goal victory over Limavady United at Crystal Park.
Following on from Tuesday's narrow defeat to Portstewart, Frankie Wilson's side bounced back to keep a clean sheet against the Roesiders.
Stephen McCavitt opened the scoring after just seven minutes when he made the most of a defensive mix-up to score into an unguarded net.
That was how it stayed until ten minutes into the second half. Substitute James Wilson, just on the pitch, combined with Stephen McCavitt to create the opening for Michael McCavitt to make it 2-0 from inside the box.
