COSTELLO KNOCKS HOME HAT-TRICK FOR BANBRIDGE
James Costello was the hero of the hour with a superb hat-trick as Banbridge Town fought back from two goals down to defeat Tobermore United at Fortwilliam Park.
Matthew Doherty opened the scoring for Tobermore after 20 minutes with Nathan Harkin doubling that lead six minutes from the break.
However Costello pulled one back for Banbridge three minutes later after slotting home Stephen McCavitt's header before, early in the second half, he levelled for the visitors.
Then, on 70 minutes, the former Glenavon and Ballymena United man, claimed the match ball with an effort into the right corner from inside the box.
And Stuart King's side made sure of the points right at the end through Michael Allison after he had been teed up by McCavitt to complete the scoring.
