ANNAGH HIT THREE TO STAY TOP
Leaders Annagh United remain a point clear at the top of the Bluefin Sport Premier Intermediate League following victory over Newington at Solitude.
All three goals came in a blistering 15 minutes spell in the first half.
Sean Mackle opened the scoring just before the half-hour mark with a free-kick which beat keeper Marc Maybin at the near post.
Then, six minutes before half-time, Scott McCordick made it 2-0 with a good strike from inside the box before, on 42 minutes, Niall Henderson knocked home number three from the spot.
