Warrenpoint Town fought back from two goals down to earn a share of the spoils from this top of the table clash at Dixon Park.

The home side drew first blood when, on 16 minutes, Chris Trussell finished confidently from close range after getting on the end of a Curtis Woods ball into the box.

On the half hour mark Comrades doubled their lead when a great move ended with Thomas Robinson making space for a shot from eight yards, which gave the visiting 'keeper no chance.

However, 'Point pulled a goal back a couple of minutes later after a sweeping move ended with Stephen Murray hitting a fine angled finish from ten yards out.

The visitors levelled the scores just before the hour when John McGuigan beat 'keeper Paddy Flood to the ball inside the box and squared to Conor McMenamin who had the easy task of slotting the ball into the empty net.
