Glenn Law (03)

The Roesiders got off to the best possible start when, as early as the third minute, Glenn Law fired high into the roof of the net from the edge of the box following a move down the right.

Dergview thought they had levelled a quarter-of-an-hour later when Aaron Arkinson's shot found the net via a deflection off Ryan Campbell only for the 'goal' to be ruled out offside.

Ryan Logue might have extended United's lead early in the second but he just couldn't get his header from Paul Owens' cross on target while, for Dergview, Matthew Buchanan came close only to be denied by 'keeper Paul Wells.
