Larne produced a strong performance in the UEFA Conference League opening group game away to Molde before losing to three second half goals.

Scoreless at the break, the Norwegian side moved in front six minutes into the second half when Kristian Eriksen cut the ball back to skipper Magnus Wolff Eikrem to fire past Rohan Ferguson into the top corner.

That was how it stayed until 12 minutes from time after the ball fell for Ola Brynhildsen to keep his composure and curl his finish into the bottom corner.

Molde's third arrived in stoppage time courtesy of a Frederik Ihler free-kick, awarded after Conor McKendry brought down Isak Amundsen and received a straight red card as a result.
