Linfield are back on top of the Sports Direct Premiership following a two-goal defeat of Loughgall, while Cliftonville and Crusaders also recorded similar victories over Ballymena United and Glenavon respectively.
Jack Scott was the architect of Linfield’s victory at Lakeview Park after coming off the bench in the first half to open the scoring on 44 minutes after Kyle McClean did well down the left before cutting the ball back for the 21-year-old to find the net from just outside the area.
He then doubled up midway through the second half with a close range finish after Villagers keeper Berraat Turker let slip a McClean corner.
Ben Wilson also bagged a double as Cliftonville defeated bottom of the table Ballymena United at The Showgrounds.
The Reds moved in front on 19 minutes after Rory Hale won the ball in the middle of the park before laying it off for Wilson to send a low shot past O'Neill from the right side of the area.
Cliftonville grabbed their second with around a quarter-of-an-hour remaining when Wilson beat Coates to a Hale through ball to knock home his second of the afternoon.
Meanwhile, at Seaview, Crusaders bounced back from Monday’s derby defeat to hit two without reply past Glenavon.
After creating a number of chances the Crues finally found way through a minute from the break when Paul Heatley lobbed Rory Brown in the six yard box after meeting a cross from the right.
Stephen Baxter's side then doubled their lead just before the hour after the visiting defence failed to deal with a cross allowing Lowry to collect and turn the ball home from close range.
On Friday night Larne had temporarily moved into pole position with a 4-1 derby victory over Carrick Rangers at Inver Park.
Glentoran, who had started the evening on top, were undone by two late Coleraine goals at the BetMcLean Oval while, at the Showgrounds, Newry City and Dungannon Swifts battled to an equal share of four goals.
