Crusaders Reserves have been crowned the Premiership Development League champions for 2022/23!
The Crues clinched the title earlier this month with a 3-1 defeat of Coleraine Reserves and were presented with the trophy at half-time during Monday night's senior derby with Cliftonville at Seaview.
Under the guidance of David Rainey and Steven McFerran, swept to their second successive league title with four games to spare having so far lost just three times all season.
And like the first team, they are largely invincible at home having just lost once at Seaview throughout the entire campaign with only another two defeats on the road.
With the season almost complete Jay Boyd leads the way as top scorer, bagging 26 goals so far and earning himself a regular place in the matchday panel with the first team.
