The draw for the 2023/24 BetMcLean Cup Preliminary Round has been conducted.

In the open draw of all competing Premier Intermediate League clubs, the first two clubs drawn out received a BYE to Round One and the remaining clubs will compete in the six drawn matches.
Ties to be played on Saturday 19 and Tuesday 29 August 2023.
