The NI Football League can now reveal the post-split fixture schedule for the Lough 41 Championship and the race for promotion.
After a pulsating regular season campaign, there is still all to play for in the second tier with Tommy Canning’s Dergview pipping Ards to the final spot in the top half of the league split.
Long-time league leaders Newry City take a four point advantage into the final five games over this season’s surprise package Annagh United, as the Portadown based club chase down promotion to the Premiership for the first time in the club’s history.
In the bottom half, Queen’s University’s recent resurgence will undoubtedly make for a huge relegation battle having closed the gap on eleventh placed Knockbreda to just three points.
The split games kick off on Saturday 9 April as the top two meet at the BMG Arena the start of a series of five games that will end with a place in the Danske Bank Premiership for the 2022/2023 season.
