The latest round of Lough 41 Premier Intermediate League action produced victories for Banbridge Town, Limavady United, Moyola Park and Portstewart.

Frankie Wilson's Banbridge lead the way at the top of the table, albeit being only one of three sides having played three games to date. They moved into pole position after a Michael McCavitt double handed them a 2-1 win over Armagh City at Holm Park.

Ruairi Duffy opened the scoring for the Eagles midway through the first half before McCavitt restored parity not long after the break and then knocked home the winner from the spot with 20 minutes remaining.

Portstewart are just behind Town on goal difference. They made it two wins from two thanks to a John Watt double either side of a Joel Bradley strike. Richard Gowdy responded for the Swans as did Matthew Gorman in the closing moments.

Limavady United hit three goals without reply at home to Tobermore United to clock up their first points of the campaign. All the scoring was confined to the second half with Alex Pomeroy, Caiolan Brennan and Dean Brown from the spot all finding the target.

Meanwhile, at Mill Meadow, substitute Peter McClure bagged the only goal of the game with six minutes remaining as Moyola Park defeated Dollingstown.
