Dungannon Swifts have announced the signing of striker Lorcan Forde on a two-year contract.
The 20-year-old joins the Swifts following his release from Linfield at the start of September. He spent last season on loan with Warrenpoint Town before returning to Windsor Park in January.
He recently guested for Dungannon in the recent friendly victory over Ballinamallard United, scoring the second goal in a 2-0 win for Kris Lindsay's side.
Lindsay was delighted to bring Forde to Stangmore Park.
"I am pleased to get Lorcan signed on a two year deal. He is a talented boy and maybe it just didn’t work out for him at Linfield but we want to give an opportunity for him to get back enjoying his football again and playing games," he told the club website.
"He fits the profile of players we want at this club, he’s young, he’s hungry and technically very good and he will add another dimension to our forward options. I am delighted to get the deal done and I look forward to working with Lorcan over the next two seasons."
