The NI Football League can advise the following urgent information in relation to spectators at Danske Bank Premiership fixtures.

Following a letter received by the NI Football League before 6pm from the Minister for Communities, 'Restrictions on Sporting Activities and Spectators and Sporting Events', the Minister advises it necessary to stop spectators from attending sporting events and align the sector with health regulations with immediate effect.

The NIFL Board convened an urgent meeting immediately after receipt of the letter and will make a full statement later this evening.
