Four young players currently plying their trade in the Danske Bank Premiership helped Northern Ireland U21s conclude their Euro 2021 qualifying campaign on Tuesday in the Ukraine.
Caolan Marron, Trai Hume, Paul O'Neill and Shayne Lavery all played the full 90 minutes for Andy Crosby's in difficult wintery conditions at Kovalivka's Kolos Arena.
Unfortunately, three goals in seven minutes in the final quarter of the game resulted in a defeat for Northern Ireland.
In addition, Ross Larkin (Linfield), Kofi Balmer (Ballymena United) and Andy Scott (Larne) were unused substitutes.
