Carrick Rangers defensive duo Chris Rodgers and Lee Chapman have extended their stay at the Loughshore Hotel Arena for another season following discussions with boss Niall Currie.
Chapman, 25, has been at the club since August 2016 apart from a short spell at Glentoran a couple of years ago, and has clocked up 121 appearances and 11 goals in that time.
29-year-old Rodgers joined in August 2018 and has so far turned 58 times, scoring three goals, during his time at the club.
Currie was delighted to secure the services of both players ahead of the new season.
"Lee is an integral part of how we play and the success we have had for the last two seasons," he told the club website.
"He gives us that extra dimension with his pace and ability to go past people and that is rare these days. We are extremely happy he has agreed to stay on board for what promises to be another massive challenge ahead.
"Christopher has earned every part of his new deal. He has been outstanding from the day and hour we brought him to the club.
He has everything a modern day centre half needs. All he has to do now is believe how good he is and can be for many years ahead. He's exactly the type of person and player we want at this club and were delighted he has come on board again."
