Two more players have agreed new terms with Carrick Rangers as manager Niall Currie continues to shape his squad ahead of the new season.
Extending their stay at the club are exciting younger Josh McGreevy and more experienced campaigner Mark Carson who will both remain at the Loughshore Hotel Arena for the 2020/21 campaign.
McGreevy, 19, broke into the panel last term, making four appearances since December and being named in the match day squad on a further five appearances.
27-year-old midfielder Carson clocked up 11 outings since joining from Portadown last summer.
Boss Currie was pleased to have secured both going into the forthcoming campaign.
"We feel that Josh has a real chance. He's very early in his career and development but that's what our club is about. We will do our very best to give the wee man every opportunity to continue to gather the experience he needs," he told the official club website.
"We’re delighted to have Mark stay on with us. He has shown unbelievable commitment from the moment he arrived. He hadn’t kicked a ball until Lee Chapman’s injury last season and then he got plenty of games.
"What he showed is exactly what any club wants, patience and belief. Our system suits him down to the ground and you wouldn't believe how popular this wee man is with our squad. So we’re all delighted and so am I personally, he’s wonderful to have."
