Larne have continued preparing for the new season by unveiling the signing of Ronan Hale from St. Patrick's Athletic.
The 21 year-old striker arrived at Inver Park as the transfer window opened for business following a year in Dublin during which he scored twice in ten Premier Division outings. Before that the Republic of Ireland U21 international was with Crusaders which followed on from his time at Derry City and Birmingham City.
Larne manager Tiernan Lynch was delighted to add to his striking options by securing Hale's signature.
He told the official club website: "Ronan is a young lad who, in our opinion, will be a very, very bright prospect in the Irish League this year. He is only 21, but has already had a bright career. He’s scored goals in England, he’s scored goals in the League of Ireland and the Irish League to date.
"He’s also played internationally and scored goals, so we’re very excited to get him in and have him as a part of what we’re doing."
Hale is Lynch's second signing of the summer following the earlier arrival of Josh Robinson on top of new deals for Conor McKendry and Albert Watson.
