The showpiece final at Seaview on Friday, June 28 will be streamed live worldwide on the BBC Sport NI website and also available on the BBC Sport app. This is the second year the domestic women's club game will be broadcast live by BBC Sport NI. Thomas Kane will be on commentary alongside Northern Ireland Women's international Julie Nelson for the 8pm kick-off.
Eddie Doyle, Head of Content Production BBC NI said:
“With the FIFA Women’s World Cup starting this Friday in France, it’s great to be able to tell fans here that we’ll be streaming this showpiece final live again. It fits perfectly with the BBC’s Change The Game campaign around the summer of women’s sport. Last year’s final was the first domestic women's club game broadcast live by BBC Sport NI so we’re looking forward to bringing this year’s game to the widest possible audience again.”
Andrew Johnston, Managing Director NI Football League said:
“We’re delighted that we’re once again bringing our Women’s Premiership League Cup to a live broadcast audience this summer. The growth of the Women’s Premiership in Northern Ireland this year has been superb and we’re looking forward to a great game between two of the title challengers at Seaview.”
The live coverage will be available worldwide at bbc.co.uk/sportni or on the BBC Sport app
